“Let’s Get It, Let’s Go!” Chase Soares

The Team Chase Foundation is a non-profit foundation honoring the legacy of Chase Soares. Our team is celebrating Chase’s life and legacy, through the generous funding of; local, state, and national, youth athletic and educational initiatives for our underserved communities, on and off the court.

In addition to the funding of athletic and educational initiatives, Team Chase will contribute to community outreach projects to decrease disparities with a kind heart and open mind. Founded through the vision and loving memory of Chase Soares.

Community Projects

The Team Chase Foundation is always looking for new ways to help out in the community. Recently, they have been working on several community outreach projects. These projects include paving a new road, helping out local businesses, adding much needed benches into the park, and many more. The Foundation is dedicated to helping out the community in any way possible.
