The Chase Soares Award Night is a newly established and deeply meaningful event hosted by the Team Chase Foundation, created to honor a young individual who exemplifies the very values that Chase Soares lived by: kindness, dedication, humility, and heart.
This inaugural evening was a celebration not only of an outstanding student but of the life, impact, and legacy of Chase himself.
About the Award
The Chase Soares Award is presented to a student who stands out not just in academic or athletic achievement—but in character. Someone who shows up for others. Who leads with compassion. Who makes people feel included. Someone who embodies the spirit of generosity that defined Chase’s 23 beautiful years.
This award is not simply recognition—it is an invitation to carry forward Chase’s light in the world.
2024 Honoree: Jackson Falcone
In this first-ever presentation, Jackson Falcone was honored as the recipient of the Chase Soares Award, along with a $1,000 scholarship.
Jackson has shown unwavering dedication, heartfelt kindness, and a consistent commitment to lifting others up—whether on the court, in the classroom, or within the community. His actions and spirit made him the perfect individual to receive this tribute in Chase’s name.
The Night in Review
Held in an atmosphere filled with emotion, pride, and unity, the evening featured:
- Opening words from Chase’s family and foundation leaders

- Presentation of the award to Jackson
