The Team Chase Foundation marked a memorable season of impact through a powerful mix of athleticism, outreach, and heartfelt community events. From the iconic Falmouth Road Race to family-friendly fundraisers and community celebrations, every moment reflected the foundation’s mission: to Care, Help, And Share Everyday, just as Chase Soares did.

Falmouth Road Race: 30 Runners, One Purpose

Thirty dedicated runners laced up to represent Team Chase in the renowned Falmouth Road Race, raising vital funds and spreading awareness for the foundation’s programs and scholarships.

With every mile, they carried Chase’s spirit, making a visible and passionate statement about what it means to lead with kindness, even in motion. Together, they raised awareness and resources to help continue building Chase’s legacy in schools, communities, and homes.

Unity Day – Hyannis

Team Chase proudly joined the vibrant Unity Day Celebration in Hyannis, engaging with the broader Cape Cod community in a day of inclusion, education, and positivity. This outreach effort helped spread the foundation’s mission, connect with new families, and strengthen local partnerships through kindness-based conversation and collaboration.

Bingo Fundraiser with Christina McMenemy

In a fun and meaningful gathering, Team Chase hosted a Bingo Fundraiser featuring Christina McMenemy, drawing community members together for laughs, prizes, and purpose. Proceeds from the event directly supported the foundation’s outreach programs, showing how joy and giving can go hand in hand.

Falmouth Police Department Open House

The Team Chase Foundation participated in the Falmouth Police Open House, creating a welcoming space for families and engaging youth in fun, meaningful conversations about kindness, community, and legacy. Kids and parents alike learned more about Chase’s story, and how they too can be part of something positive.

Second Annual Team Chase Sunset Cruise

Sponsored by Rockland Trust, the Second Annual Team Chase Sunset Cruise returned as a beloved and breathtaking tradition. Attendees came aboard to honor Chase’s life with music, laughter, ocean breezes, and reflections at sea. As the sun dipped below the horizon, guests were reminded of the beauty of legacy and the brightness of Chase’s ever-present light.
